Opening week plans…

We plan to throw open our door to guests on Tuesday 3rd February at midday. We have arranged live music for lunchtime to welcome you all. We have also planned a week of events and activities to help us all get to know each other. Head to our blog to find out more about all that we have planned.

Watch the Guinness Six Nations at The Woodman!

From Thursday 5 February to Saturday 14 March 2026, you can watch every match of the Guinness Six Nations live at The Woodman.

We’re also offering a Fully Loaded Wynford Wagyu Burger, created especially for the Six Nations and only available from Thursday to Sunday throughout the tournament.

And when you buy 4 pints of Guinness to share between you and your pals at The Woodman during the Six Nations, then your next pint of Guinness is on us!

Valentine’s at The Woodman

Celebrate Valentine’s at The Woodman with our indulgent 2 course set menu, featuring beautifully crafted dishes and a glass of Lanson Rosé for just £55 per person.

You can also enjoy Rosé all day from Monday 9th February to Sunday 15th February, when you can order a glass or bottle of Lanson Rosé for the same price as Lanson Père et Fils.

Steak Night with complimentary wine

Every Wednesday from 5pm, order any two steaks and receive a complimentary bottle of wine and 3 sauces just because! From time to time we offer special steaks too so be sure to book your table ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Live Music every Friday

Paws in the pub

Throughout our opening month, we have a paw-istively brilliant community dog meet planned for every Saturday in February. Starting at 10am until midday, bring your four legged friends to meet other local dog owners and enjoy a complimentary coffee and croissant on arrival with a treat for your fluffy friend too!

Quiz night

Every Tuesday from 7pm, join us for our quiz night to battle it out to win a £50 gift card to use on food and or drink when you next visit! We also offer a £25 gift card for second to last loser too. It costs £3pp to join so who will form your team to be crowned The Woodman’s quiz master! Why not join us for dinner thereafter and bask in your winning glory!
