Stuffed Lamb Shoulder Roulade
Our Mother’s Day special is a Black Olive Tapenade & Semi Dried Tomato Stuffed Lamb Shoulder Roulade, rolled and slow cooked until meltingly tender.
Served with maple glazed Chantenay carrots with toasted pine nuts, buttered Savoy cabbage, creamy cauliflower cheese, a golden Yorkshire pudding and a fresh salsa verde. And of course, unlimited roast potatoes for those who believe seconds are non negotiable.
